Telecom Sr. Engineer / Manager

Minimum Job Requirements:

S1 degree in Telecommunications or IT related fields with 3 - 5 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities or in cellular telecom background

Knowledge and Skills Required :

l Good signaling CSS7 knowledge ; SMSC messaging software ; Java & C/C++ programming skills ; MySQL, and or Oracle ; SMPP ; and GSM location

l Ability to analyze operational requirements and assess telecommunications technology and capacity requirements

l Ability to implement test, troubleshoot and maintain telecommunications software

l Ability to provide telecommunications systems training

l Knowledge of scientific research principles, practices and protocols.

l Ability to design, organize, and coordinate scientific and or enggineering research projects

l Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise
